Most prom nights tend to provide a buffet rather than formal dining- it’s both a much cheaper option and usually a favoured choice.
When ordering, try and select finger food that’s easy to handle and won’t create additional mess and our best advice is to order for ¾ of the number of guests invited, this will reduce wastage and keep your costs down. Remember to also include well indicated vegetarian food options.
